Let me tell you about my experience with this place. It's by far amazing atmosphere. My exam went very well, the doctor was great very easy going. Everyone was so nice and inviting. Very pleasant time. Also big shout out for Aaliyah she was amazing , very down to earth and had fun conversations with her! She is amazing 5 out of 5, I would give a 10 if I could.

I came to this location, looking for a new pair of glasses and exam. I was treated well and Klay did a great job at helping me and gave me great service. I had an issue with my prescription and Do Stephen Smith did another exam and got another prescription and new glasses with prescription same day. Definitely recommend the Wilson Ave location for glasses and services.

Requested a copy of my prescription to be emailed to me and they confirmed the details and were going to send it to me shortly. Couple hours later and have yet to receive the email so I followed up with a second call, they mentioned their company is unable to email me a copy of my prescription, only fax. A bit inconvenient as SVS vision and a few other eyecare providers I've been to have no issue doing so. A follow up call letting me know they were unable to email it to me would have been helpful as well opposed to me just waiting. A customer portal, email accessibility, or a way aside from fax to digitally access your prescription would be convenient.

My experience was incredible from start to finish! I walked straight back to the office and this beautiful woman checked me in. I believe her name is Kaylee. She explained all of the information on the forms in a clear and concise way I never felt pressured or rushed. Dr Smith was professional and explained the tests. Plus I got some awesome shades! I'll definitely be back!

The manager was very rude and unhelpful.
Instead of trying to find a solution to a minor issue, she chose to be short, unhelpful, and rude.
Instead of empathizing with me because I didn't have my glasses, the manager remarked, "You should have them if you need them." What the heck... I've been coming here for the past three years, but the way this manager treated me left a sour taste in my mouth. I was so disappointed as I had never been treated so poorly, nor had I ever met this manager. They should really consider finding new management. Very unprofessional.
I will be going elsewhere.

Technician broke our frames while replacing the lenses and told us it was our fault and we needed to pay for replacement frames. No impressed at all with her professionalism or actions towards us. She was very rude.
UPDATE: Manager called and she was sorry to hear about our experience and apologized for the behaviour. She righted the wrong and treated us with kindness and took care of our needs.

Everything seem okay at first. Felt kinda out of place in which I needed to go. Paid for extra service in which one felt nothing was explained and on top was not using my glasses which seem like I couldn't do without seeing the lights because I can't see anything without them. Doctor seem okay but it seemed rushed. Asked about the pressure behind my eyes and he didn't seem concern but every time I go to a place they check behind with special lens. Then after I was done the people up front were rude and I had to ask a couple times about a free trail like all offices do after you get new contacts. I was not happy at all. I almost didn't want to order contacts and wish that I didn't waste my one yearly check up with my insurance with them. We live we learn.
