Cari is wonderful. I consider myself to be a bit difficult when I have a lot of choices and usually it takes me forever to make one. Not with Cari! She made my experience picking out glasses so easy. She listened to what I was saying, and it did not take long at all. Everyone I have encountered at this office is extraordinary and at every visit. Dr. Gates, Cari and the rest of the staff Grand Rapids Opthalmology Greenville Office.... Thank YOU and grateful only begin to describe how I feel as I write this.

Rip off. Over $800 for bifocals. And I picked out the cheaper frames. And the bifocals aren't even aligned right. I love my $20 readers much better

Took my broken down glasses in today. A very good technician; Tracy, put them together again and cleaned them up. I had 5 star service once again.

My 8 year old suffered an eye injury, they were able to get him in 2 hours after i called, and everyone was very kind and patient with my child.

My appointment was 2:00.. I however didn't get in to see assistant until 2:30....then finally got to see the doctor at 3ish. I finally was finished up at 3:45 They apologized and were friendly but this was my 2nd visit and they really need to work on better time schedule. But you asked.

A very good team to work with.ive been going to Dr. Hollenbeck for quite a few years now. She's great. Answers questions and explains your eye health and possible corrections. I'm happy with GRO.

My daughter is on the spectrum and has sensory issues and she was terrified for her visit. I was actually a little nervous too because I wasn't sure how they would handle her anxiety. We've had some unpleasant issues in the past with other doctors and nurses at other offices because they just weren't able to handle her anxiety. So today when we met Jeremy (I believe that's what he said his name was) we were thrilled! He was so kind, gentle, understanding, and most importantly he was patient with her. I couldn't be happier with how he handled her anxiety. He made her feel so at ease and comfortable. It wasn't just him though. Everyone she had contact with there today treated her so compassionately. Dr. Hollenbeck was wonderful and I'm not sure who the lovely lady was that helped her find her glasses, but she went out of her way to make sure my child was comfortable. I am extremely happy with this office and I will definitely be a returning patient here for years to come.
