the eye exam went well. The doctor was nice. She told me there was nothing wrond with my eyes. I'm not impressed with their offices (i got charged for a medical exam) and then trying to find what that meant, I have not had any luck talking to anyone in their offices.

We (my husband and I) came in thinking we were getting tested for glasses. Before we knew it, we had a medical exam and have to return for the eye exam. This was NOT made clear and now we owe $240. We'll be back to pay more for yet another exam. We feel things were not handled in our best interest.

Rachel Gates was A+, very kind and informative. The receptionist didn't have chocolate in her candy jar, only mint and butterscotch hard candies but she gets 5 stars because she was very nice. I knocked over a stand of glasses and the opticians weren't upset at all. Just said it's ok, we'll get it. The person who called me back was having an off day. She wasn't rude, just not happy and that is why I'm giving 4 stars.
