Ive been going to Dr Canfield for a few years now and I have no complaints. Today I took my 6 year old and he was gentle and soft spoken with her. The office girls are the best as well.

Nice wonderful people and store. The smell is a airfreshner or deodorizer that I couldn't get out of my lungs /nose for the rest of the day possibly longer I'll see tomorrow I mean its the point where I'll never be back bc I just can't trust and can go other places. It's a Shame bc other than that it's amazing and didn't used to smell like that I don't know if it's worse due to no air from windows trapped but I mean it's bad bad, I'm really mad and concerned because I can still smell it and it's been 8 hours I've taken shower everything . I feel bad for the employee's. Please fix this and quit putting deodorizer or whatever is I'm the air

My first appointment here today and it was a very pleasant experience, I had an eye exam went very well the Doc was great !! the staff was super nice and the process was quick, easy, and exceptional, they also have tons of glasses to choose from and a nice size selection to choose from Thank you Greenville Family Eye Care!!

I've been going here for years! Extremely friendly people with the best service and care! If you need a new place for your vision definitely stop in here!

Always a pleasant experience. My family has been going here for a few years. They get you in quickly when you arrive, yet are not pushy after the exam. Dr is very personable and seems genuinely interested. Very accommodating for pickup as well.

Mid-40s Patient. I have had glasses since age 2. I would like to say I know this industry, but I guess I don't. As an adult, I have found myself at the "least expensive" office to get my exam and a pair of contacts or glasses for many years, due to the cost and not having a good vision insurance program. They are all the same right? Nope!! One of my main complaints for many years was how easily my lenses scratched. (Super annoying!) A good friend of mine used her t-shirt in front of me to clean her lenses, I use the fancy stuff that you have to buy, exclusively. I asked her, "Don't your lenses get scratched"...she said nope. I looked at them and said that they must be new... She said nope they are over a year old. I said, "Where in the heck did you get those?" She told me... I booked an appointment. The appointment was seamless and as smooth as can be. I got my glasses a few weeks later (due to a crazy difficult prescription). I have had them now for a few months! Not only do i use my t-shirt, and they haven't scratched, but I have also noticed the quality of my vision is so much better!!! I will say this out loud from the rooftop...skip the 28th Street discount places and go to Greenville!! I know that I'm a customer for life now! Thank you, Greenville Eye Care!

Can't say enough good things about this place and staff. Been with them since my first pair of glasses at 17 and would go anywhere else. The staff are amazing and Doc is just an all around great guy.

Great place, good people, they take care of their customers. The only downside of using them is that if you need to submit any electronic documents for your insurance or workplace certification, they DO NOT have email. It's May, 2023. What business in the USA does NOT have an email or a web portal for customer needs. Finding out this information will force me to find a new location for vision care, which sucks. I guess if you can't change w/ the times then you get left behind.
