Worst customer service I've ever had in a Healthcare setting. I've never left a similar setting so irate and frustrated. The front desk staff were terrible. They didn't seem to know what they were doing. We were treated like an inconvenience and they just wanted us to hurry and leave. Personal information was talked very openly and loudly about. We were treated poorly when even scheduling a follow-up appointment. Their pricing was high as well. I could go on and on. The only positive is that the eye doctor we saw and the one associate who ran the contacts class were really nice.

I had very positive experience during my eye exam visit. Dr. was great to work with. Staff was very accommodating. Scheduling was flexible, and were able to get me and my wife appointments back-to-back at the time that was convenient for us.

This place has changed in the past year. The workers don't know what they're doing, I sat their for an hour before I got called in after I watched three people go ahead of me. All of their prices have jumped. One of the workers told me i was making the wrong choice by getting contacts. I'm not very happy with this new setting.

Rocky and his staff treat you like family and answer all of your questions. Great selection of glasses too!
