Amber was a huge help today. She went out of her way to make sure we got the best out of our insurances and very nice to talk to.

The girls were VERY helpful in making sure my husband and I got a great deal AND pick out some pretty nice glasses, both everyday AND sunglasses! I had never considered purchasing prescription sunglasses, but those 2 made some valid points and I trusted their of knowledge of the topic. The biggest "kudo" was that both my husband and I had to transition to bi-focals, and neither of us were excited about that, but both girls (and the doctor) assured us we would be fine. And we ARE! And we love our glasses!

Ashley and Amber are always great when it comes to working with my kiddo. Even when he's having a not so great day, they use kindness, patience and persistence to make sure he gets fitted properly in his new glasses so that we all end up leaving happy. Great job, ladies!!

All the staff at Meijer Optical are fantastic. The Dr. is thorough and professional. The ladies are extremely helpful, especially when it comes to picking frames that suit you. If I ever have an issue with my glasses, they get me in right away and help fix the problem. Would highly recommend!

My eye exam was very thorough. Checked for macular degeneration, and cataracts as well as a very good vision exam. When it came to picking frames and options for my lenses, the woman who I dealt with was very helpful. She looked at my face and suggested a frame I hadn't selected (I had 2 in my hands), I liked her suggestion (she had a specific reason for suggesting them). The frames she suggested - surprisingly- weren't the most expensive ones. She honestly suggested ones she thought were better for my thin face (and close set eyes). The whole staff were exceptionally friendly and treated me like they cared, not like I was just a "person". When I received my glasses I was/am very happy with them!

Over the past few years this staff has gone from being a fluke stop to repair glasses, to our family go to for our optical needs. Ashley and Amber go above and beyond to help folks find what they need. Added bonuses: the staff is great with special needs kiddos and also LGBT+ friendly.

Amber and Ashley are absolutely the best!! I love the doc they have there I've been going here for 5 years now and I've never had a problem with them I have had both contacts and glasses And no problem I would highly recommend them if you like great costumer service

Highly recommended. Very easy to get next day appointments, and appointments are quick with virtually no waiting room time. Optician is quite thorough and the staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful. They had to order my contacts, but they came in less than a week.
