I have had 2 wonderful experiences this week with a gentleman named Chris. He assisted me when I picked up my glasses very close to closing time and he was very kind and professional. My next experience was today when I came in with my husband's prescription from a different provider. Chris took the time to explain what the prescription was and help select different styles of glasses to best support that prescription. Chris is an asset to Walmart Vision Center. He listens to his customer and provides the best possible outcome. Thank you again Chris for your outstanding customer service.

I went there yesterday, my glasses were cracked. Amy was very sweet! She has great customer service! A very good listener too! She has many talents ! We have a lot in common! I appreciate a real person! There's nothing better than talking to a employee like a Friend instead of a receptionist! I look forward to seeing her again!

The only reason it isn't one star is cause the dr emery is great, the office staff not so much. I've had so many problems getting my daughters rx for her contacts, first it took 8 weeks for some to come in, then I've gone there twice and they say you have contacts that can be ordered and we will give you a trial pair but when I showed up they said no record of that and that she would have to see the dr again? So frustrating I wanted the cheap price but I guess cheap isn't always better.They are also quite rude, one lady there is ok but the rest is thumbs down.

I had no idea what I was walking into, going to Walmart for an eye exam. It was my boyfriend's idea and I was leary. Phenomenal. I had the best experience I have ever had. Dr. Emery was wonderful and explained everything to me, even questions I didn't ask but would have wondered about later. Fast, friendly, clean and professional. I'm confident about going here and highly recommended Dr. Emery. I'm self insured, they helped me find the perfect frames and the right options for lenses. Affordable and adorable.

I am sure the staff is very nice, but there is no way to leave a message after hours if you have to cancel an appointment. Obviously, cancellations are not ideal, but they do happen, and I was not able to notify anybody.

I just moved here not long ago and my mother in law was saying my son was squinting. my just turned 5. We went there for his eye exam to start kindergarten! The dr. Emery was amazing same with the staff. They didn't care how many questions my kid asked was they were patience!!! An incredible experience and I appreciate my kid is a very side track kid I wouldn't change it but the dr. Took the time to answer all his questions and was very kind to him. It meant alot to mother's!!!!
