Not often I get to leave a 5 star review but this one was definitely earned 10x over. Each person I met with during my visit was absolutely a pleasure. From the girl at the counter to the lady and the doctor who did my vision tests but honestly.... Karen was the GREATEST! She helped me select my first pair of glasses, helped me find the best ones for me and even let me know which ones looked best on me in her opinion which I appreciated. She was very informative and made sure to guide me through the process and tell me what comes with everything or what options I had. Huge thank you to Karen, I am so glad she was the one that helped me today and made me feel very taken care of. Clean facility Clean and public bathrooms Great selection of glasses. Little pricey but expected Very kind and friendly staff.

Scheduled an appointment and waited, waited. Another customer said she has been there for an hour after her appointment time and has not yet been seen. Virtual eye exams only. Staff has no concerns about customer care or adhering to appt times but they seem really good at chatting with each other while customers wait.

No assistance in picking out frames at all. Could not lead us in any direction as far as size of frame etc. So we had to fend for ourselves while listening to the 4 or 5 of them talk about their personal lives. We felt like we were interrupting when we had a question. Would not recommend.

Couldn't go through with my insurance because they claimed not to take my insurance, come to find out they do. But they would let me come back after I found out because they didn't have anything available. The don't use the national database to look you up. So if they say they dont take your insurance double check for yourself. Don't let them screw you over. Or screw you out of an appointment or extra money.

Dr Lopez was so amazing and kind! He was very thorough, and provided an excellent explanation of how my eyes work with certain contacts. All the staff was very polite and helpful as well

Josie and Bridjess were incredibly helpful and patient, guiding me through all the options and making sure I got the perfect fit. Their expertise and friendly approach made the whole process a breeze. Highly recommend this location you can ask for Josie or Bridjess!!

I have been going to this facility for 10+ years for myself. Today I had to bring my daughter in for her first eye exam (she is 7) and everyone from the front desk to the doctor was extremely pleasant and helpful with my kiddo and her needs. They even went as far as selecting out different frames from another section that may fit her better. Thank you as always for being amazing to me and my family for all of our eye care needs.
