I just phoned to make an annual appointment. But did not have my eye insurance so the first call the person answering would not make an appointment. I called back, but after a lot of wrangling, found my insurance on file with Dr. Buseth, however, she didn't know but thought he retired and could not or would not make an appointment with him. MY EYE CARE is a PITA to deal with. I miss the efficient staff and will be changing eye doctors who have a staff that is informed.(The name of the clinic was changed and the prior staff were all gone last year.) I will not participate with staff that can not answer questions and do not know whether the Doctor is retired or not. (The name of the clinic was changed and the prior staff were all gone last year.) Very sad.
