Really good experience from the staff and doctor! The staff made all the paperwork easy to fill out, they were helpful and friendly. The doctor explained everything and listened to me. Together we made a plan for correcting my vision. They made me feel like I was more than just another customer. Thanks Pearle Vision of Jackson, MI!!!
First eye exam since COVID hit, and I felt very comfortable! Things were sanitized in front of me prior to my use, patients were spread out, and the staff was great! I didn't feel rushed at all, and the doctor took great care in answering my questions.
The Jackson location has a very nice, professional and helpful staff. They even helped me pick out what glasses they thought looked best on me. Very much appreciated the imput!
And Dr. Barbara Fayos was personable and made you feel comfortable. Not rushed. I would definitely recommend them!
I'm very pleased with my first visit to this location. The staff and doctor there were very knowledgeable, caring, professional, and pleasant. The facility was clean, comfortable, and has up to date tech making the overall visit quick, easy, and painless. Will happily return there annually from now on.
The staff was so helpful and so patient with me while I decided between glasses and contacts. And when I came back 10 minutes later to change my mind, they were again so helpful! All of the staff were so sweet and patient with my kids who were getting restless while they waited, and therefore were on the verge of terrors. There's a reason this is where I always go for my eye exam.
Everyone was so nice and I didn't have to wait long at all. Kelly was so helpful finding the right glasses for me. I will continue to keep coming back!
This group is always amazing. Have been wearing glasses for over 45 years and the Jackson Michigan location has never let me down.
All of the ladies knew exactly what to do and were extremely helpful! I was a first time customer and have become a life long customer! Thank you so much for knowing exactly what I needed!
