Drs Serino & Dr Schefferly

Dr Serino and his staff are absolutely wonderful! ! I have suffered with keratoconus for over 25 years and have had very poor vision until now. Thanks to Dr Serino and his passion for fitting scleral contact lenses I now have 20/20 vision and better comfort than I ever had even with soft contacts. It is an absolute miracle! !!. Thank you so much!

We saw Dr. Schefferly for my 5 year old who had a corneal abrasion. Dr. Schefferly and her team were amazing with him, explaining everything to ease his fears. I couldn't recommend her enough!

My wife's prescription glasses broke while we were shopping and a lens was lost. She doesn't have an extra pair. Without them she has dizzy spells and gets headaches, so this created a a real first world emergency. We called Dr. Serino's office as my wife was now without glasses and she was overdue for an eye exam as well. My family has been long time patients of Dr. Serino, who never disappoints. We called at 1330 and they were able to get her in at 1410 the same day. Thank you for getting us in immediately and putting a rush on the glasses.

I heard back from the office and everything was taken care of to my satisfaction. Some misunderstanding on the part of the office and lack of communication. I will continue to go to Dr Serino as I really liked him as my eye doctor and Cortney the technician who helped me resolve my issue. The office is nice and clean and the customer service is great, very friendly.

I have a 50/50 opinion with this office. I saw Dr. Schefferly and she was great, her assistant was great and I'm happy with my experience with them. However I'm not really happy with the ladies that help you choose and order your frames. When I got my glasses back I could not see out of them. They caused my eyes to hurt and I felt cross eyed. I expressed my feelings and I was scheduled to get re examined. Dr shefferly again was great. She corrected my lenses and we got to reorder them. When they finally came back I was really excited to get them. I tried them on and the same thing as before. At this point I was thinking it was an issue with the lab and not the office. The girl that was working with me went to go check some things out and was talking to another woman in the back. The woman told the girl that was working with me that they are a distance vision glasses and I'm just going to have to deal with it and only wear them when I need to see far away. To just make me take them. Clearly she didn't think I could hear her. The purpose of my glasses are yes to help me see distance but I also needed them for work because I'm on the computer all day. I humored her and decided to give them a shot and to do everything on my part to see if my eyes would adjust. I tried them for a week. My eyes did not adjust and just ached. My judgement of distance is off. I would have slight trouble grabbing things and I couldn't look down and walk because it felt I was 3 ft tall. I called the office to see if I could meet with dr shefferly and told them what I was experiencing. She told me that I would have to check with the girls I was working with and that I couldn't just make an appointment with the doctor. The girls made me so uncomfortable to come back and say yet again that I couldn't see properly out of my glasses that I didn't go back and I just took the loss on $160 that I paid for the lenses that now set in a drawer or purse that indeed I just take out to quickly read something far but I can't keep them on long before a headache starts. Moral is don't let anyone there make you feel like your wrong when it comes to your body.

Dr.Serino is a very professional and thorough doctor.. When I first saw him he not only educated me with any problems but found the best and economical treatment for me. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a excellent eye Doctor.

Dr. Serino is a wonderful man and Dr. but has the worst help ever experienced.
