Wonderful! Dr.A.J. Johnson is the best! He made my son feel so comfortable about his eye exam and wearing contacts. And the ladies up front are very nice.Thank you so much for your kind care.

Edited to add- The situation took a turn when the new owner personally reached out to Joel. He was incredibly kind, responsive, and genuinely concerned about what happened. He took full accountability and made it clear that this is not the standard of care they want to provide. His response meant a lot to us, and it restored our confidence in the practice. Because of his professionalism and sincerity, we absolutely recommend Jackson Vision and look forward to giving them another chance. My husband, Joel, has been a long-time customer of Jackson Vision, but after today's experience, we're seriously reconsidering where we take our business. He went in to order a new pair of glasses because his current pair broke--and he was completely ignored. The front desk receptionist looked directly at him and then blatantly turned away without saying a single word. No greeting. No offer to help. No acknowledgment whatsoever. The rest of the staff acted the same way--as if he didn't even exist. This is absolutely unacceptable behavior, especially from a place that claims to care about patients. Being treated like a burden instead of a valued customer is not only unprofessional--it's disrespectful. Joel didn't walk in asking for a favor. He came in to pay for a service he has trusted Jackson Vision with for years. We expected better. We deserve better. And unless something changes, we'll be taking our loyalty and our business elsewhere.

Took a look at my son's eye for a second opinion. They were so patient and great with him. We appreciate the timelines and the effort put in. Sara and AJ are amazing new owners!

Had an eye emergency couldn't get in anywhere because it was a weekend. Not a current patient and it still wasn't a problem. When it comes to customer service Dr Johnson went above and beyond. He was caring and professional not to mention he saved an eye!!!!

This review is long overdue. I haven't been back to Jackson Vision Inc. in about a year. I had my annual exam and got a new glasses prescription, then last May I was experiencing blurry vision and they couldn't get me in, so I went to another clinic that could work me in. My contact/glasses prescription had changed drastically over the course of a few months. No one could really explain why. I went back to Jackson Vision to ask about getting my glasses prescription changed, since I had just ordered them recently and it was wrong. I think Craig assisted me as was very helpful and they did update my prescription at no charge. What made my decision to leave, was how the entire team (minus the doctor) reacted to the change in my prescription. They all came up and surrounded the person holding my updated records, looking amused and slightly concerned, someone also asked if I was diabetic. There were other patients in the waiting area listening to all of this too. It was unprofessional and worried me to think that I had a serious underlying disease. I walked out the door wanting to cry. How could it have been a better experience? Obviously avoiding that whole scene at the front desk. A follow up call would have been nice since it seemed to be a big deal to everyone or even offering to get me in with my regular eye doctor for a second opinion. I wish the last visit had gone differently because I did like the doctor and Craig was always very helpful and knowledgeable. For the record, I am not diabetic.

Dr Johnson is great! Aj is a great addition to the practice. Me and my entire family go here. Nicest, most caring people you will ever meet! I recommend to anyone.

This place was great! My boyfriend was having difficulties with his eye and every place he tried to go to turned him away. He called Jackson Vision and they got him in right away to find out he had something trapped under his eyelid! We definitely will recommend!!

Workers are very friendly and the Dr. is very nice. The only reason why I give it 4 stars is as of late I am not real impressed with the choices of frames. I have a very hard time finding frames that I like. Not everyone likes the big dark plastic frames
