About a yr ago I got an eye exam and glasses..it cost me $400+.. about a month ago the line that holds the lenses in came out. I brought them in to be fixed and was told to take them to America's Best for repair...REALLY ??? When I complained the girl kept them and my number and said it would be about a week and she would call me. Here over 4 weeks later I have not heard a word and no phone call in all this time . ..trying not to be angry but the cost and no service is pushing this past the limit New info !! Stopped by office and Holly is back..problem was a clerical error and Holly found my glasses...fixed my glasses and got them back to me with a 15 min wait... Thank You Holly..u made a bad situation and made it end good

Called and left 3 messages on 3 different days, but there was no response. Got ahold of someone yesterday and said the systems were down at 445 pm. Said would get a call back today, no call. I've been waiting for glasses for my daughter to come in, and still no call or response. They do not answer the phone. The best option would be Sams Club if you can wait for the appointment.

Excellent service, The guy that works there is super nice, kind and knowledgeable. Not sure why anyone would think differently. The girl that works there is sweet too, and I suggest them to anyone looking for eyeglasses or needing an eye exam. Good Service and Good People. I would recommend them without hesitation.

This place exceeded my expectations. The doctor is very professional yet personable at the same time. The lovely lady usually working the front, Holly, is extremely sweet. My toddler bent my glasses a few months after getting them, and when I was at meijer last, I figured I'd ask if Holly could straighten them. We had great conversation while she fixed them to perfection! I REALLY hope yall stick around.

Love this optical! Eric Hinckley, and Holly T-Smith really care about their patients and go above and beyond. I have been dealing with some eye issues and they were so helpful and understanding with accommodating me for appointments and service. I have gone to this location since at least 2017 and will not go anywhere else because of them! THANK YOU

I enjoyed the DR herself but the man who works there is unbearable. He wants to make all the decisions for you and try to force you into getting two frames because one will be free but you still have to pay for the lenses so you still end up paying more money. I went to get my glasses through insurance and he was telling me no those wouldn't work with your prescription or no those don't look good. Look for so or so. No I know what I want and what looks good on me and what I want to spend. Plus that man what's to talk about his religion with you. I don't care about your God, it's work not church. End of story, I took my prescription somewhere else. I would not shop with them

Great service, friendly, and helpful. Will go the extra mile for a client no questions asked. Genuinely cares about their clients. Resolved an issue with my glasses no one else could figure out.

I have been calling this place for 2 weeks and the only option is to leave a message I've left several messages and not return. And the online scheduling isn't working either.
