New patient at this office and incredibly impressed! Arrived early to complete my paperwork and called back by the time my appointment was even scheduled. Every staff member I encountered was friendly, especially Dr. Arnold! Appointment was quick, excellent selection of glasses and the staff member, Loretta, that helped me select my new pair listened to exactly what I was looking for and made it an enjoyable experience! Highly recommend for anyone seeking a new place for eye care!

Performed services without explaining it wouldnt be covered under my insurance plan. I explained to them its showing on my insurance as out of network. Billing argued that was not the case. Well then take it up with my insurance company, not me. Instead they just assured me my eyes decieve me. My follow up appt was cancelled as I was on my way in to the appt in the morning. This was before billing contacted me. Never recieved a follow up to reschedule but they were quick to hound me for the money and sent the bill to collections. I would recommend a different eye clinic. The Dr. was nice but they were more concerned with a $90 bill being paid than making sure their patient was taken care of. I wouldve paid the bill on my next appt which shouldve been months ago and was never scheduled. The level of care here is outstanding

Kind and knowledgeable service; right the first time!!! I tried to get glasses at a less expensive place first, but even after 6 trips and a couple remakes, I could not see with the glasses at any distance. I finally took the same prescription to Premier Eye Care where I worked with Haley to select new eyeglasses. She was patient, careful and thorough. She obviously knew what she was doing! It was like night and day to compare the two places! There is no substitute for accuracy or the ease of working with a competent optician. The glasses came in quickly and were immediately clear and comfortable; exactly as ordered. What a relief! The savings of time and aggravation more than made up for a little more expense. I would recommend this place to anyone who needs eyeglasses!
