Opal and Lee went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of when it came to ordering my contact lenses. The process was smooth and easy, and they arrived to the store in less than a week. I can't say enough about both of their kindness and help. I will definitely be back in the future.

Everyone is great at this office. Lee helped my daughter A few times. He is very good at his job, and definitely knows how to work with children. If it wasn't for him I would have been at the office ALL day rather then just the few hrs. Thank you so much!

Overall, Good. Was a slow start, I arrived at 10:30 for my 10:40 appointment at 11:05, Vivien did an initial test, then I was asked to wait for Dr. At 11:25 Clarissa a Technician, took me back for eye exam. I informed her I had other appointments so we needed to move this along. She was efficient, the actual Dr is seen through video conference (the Dr is not onsite). I appreciate the updated technology for testing and discussion. Clarissa provided off brand sample contact lenses for me, and ordered samples for the brand I prefer. I was done at 12 noon. Plan your schedule for 1.5-2 hour time frame. In the end, I am happy with services so far.

Took my wife there for glasses. Had to see a Dr. on a computer. Then we paid cash for glasses, then exchanged them for a different pair. Difference was $101.00 in our favor. They told us we would have to receive a check from corporate. This was 2 months ago. We never got anything and when we call or stop in we can not get any headway. Manager will not call me back. I'm done. I guess they stole 100 bucks from me and I'm finding myself a new eye clinic.

While the selection of frames is pretty good and there are some covered by medicaid, they have NO doctors who accept it. Such a disappointment when the health department has them listed for accepting medicaid when they actually don't. The doctors refuse to accept medicaid effectively discriminating against those of low income who can't afford outrageous medical premiums of insurance companies.
