Everyone was fantastic. The receptionist and I talked about our love of crows, had their own drawings on the walls to make it less boring than just generic artwork. The eye doctor had bright pink hair and volunteers at a rescue. Jennifer helped me pick out frames and even dealt with my indecisiveness with grace. My glasses were done and ready to be picked up within 15 minutes of leaving. I highly recommend!

Squeezed me in same day after a cancellation. Techs/sales floor/Doctor all were professional and answered all my questions. Exam was over within 20-30mins and I wore glasses home 21mins after selecting them. With the exam and two pairs of glasses I was all in for about $150. Idk how much better this could have been other than them coming to my home and it being free!

Today was my first experience here. I will never go anywhere else again! Jennifer was amazing! She didn't mind that I picked out quite a few to try on. She was a great help in helping me find just the right ones! And they have a large selection of frames for both women and men. I got a discount and a FREE pair of single vision glasses! I chose readers for working on my crafts. They were ready in just 11 minutes! How's that for service?! It's pretty awesome I'll say!! I can't say enough good things. Thank you again Jennifer! I would like to share my wonderful experience at Eyemart Express in Muskegon, MI.
I dropped in to peruse the new frame styles and was immediately greeted by Jennifer. I explained what I was looking for in a particular size, and she paptiently worked with me for nearly an hour to select frames in the sizes, color and style that appealed to me. She also took photos on my phone so that I could take my time to evaluate the frames. Two days later, I visited again, this time I came to make a decision. Jennifer greeted me and remembered me! That doesn't happen too often anymore. She also remembered which frames I liked and helped me place an order. She was very knowledgable about insurance and pricing. I felt that her suggestions helped me select the best value for my new glasses and lenses. Jennifer is an ALL-STAR employeee!!

This Team is amazing from the doctor and to the staff! Not only were they passionate about helping but did something that I thought had die along time ago patient with a child. As a single mother, going to any appointment with my daughter can be stressful for me, but team was very helpful and patient with my daughter. As for Keith, thank you for being patient and understanding, he even helped find the right pair of glasses for me, he didn't rush me or anything (I felt rushed as my daughter started to get anxious). From the doctor and her staff to Keith and his colleagues they are all amazing, I'm glad my sister told me to check them out! I will forever be a patient/ customer there!
