The entire staff at Lakeshore Professional Eye Care is amazing! This was my first visit, and I couldn't have had a better experience. Brooke greeted me with a warm smile when I walked in the door, Ashlyn was incredibly kind during the pre-exam (congrats on the engagement!), Dr. Julia (aka Dr. J) was thoughtful and caring during my exam, and Savannah was so helpful with my contact purchase options. Everyone radiated kindness from start to finish. 10/10 would recommend!

I see Dr.Totten, she's wonderful. Super friendly and answers any questions I have. I had a scare with my eyes about 7 years ago at a different eye doctors and she's been monitoring it to make sure it doesn't come back or change. Every time I hear someone say they need an eye doctor I tell them about this place. My mom switched over here as well and loves it too.
