Everything that we experienced was top notch. My husband and I were serviced promptly upon arriving and the assistance with choosing our glasses by the young lady was great. The young lady who assisted us with choosing was the same young lady who assisted us when picking up our glasses by the way we had 3 pair of glasses and they were back within a week. I would give them a 10 out of 10. Will return and will recommend.

I had a great experience here. Selection is not great but it worked for me. If you need a larger selection try one of the OptimEyes SuperCenters. Service was great and the glasses are good. No complaints. I appreciated the professionalism of the staff and the quick turnaround of my glasses.

I had a great visit with Dr. Bruce Wolffis and the staff at OptimEyes in Plymouth. I've always had a tough time visiting the eye doctor because of sensitivity to bright lights, but Dr. Wolffis and his nurses made it so that I would feel comfortable and made me feel calm. One of the best optometrists I've ever met, the staff go above and beyond for their patients!

Front desk lady Maureen was really helpful by looking up information that wasn't on my screen from last time. She checked the accuracy of my insurance, since I had received more than one card with two different numbers. She added my friends and family information that didn't get annotated last month. I went to here 3 times that visit and she wasn't pleasant each time. Even answering the phone as it rang, she should maturity and professionalism in her outward gestures and tone of voice.
I had never met her before, but I look forward to getting in her line, over anyone else. Let's say, she won me as a customer, for life!

I was extremely disappointed with my experience at this office. They refused to validate my contact lens prescription unless I came in for a full eye exam, despite the fact that my prescription has not changed and my current lenses are working perfectly fine. It felt more like an attempt to force an unnecessary appointment rather than accommodate a long-time patient.
What made this especially frustrating is that I'm down to only a few days' worth of contacts, and they wouldn't even offer a short-term supply to help bridge the gap--despite it being a very busy time of year and nearly impossible to take time off at work for a last-minute appointment. Very poor customer service and a complete lack of flexibility. If I could give zero stars and leave a review, I absolutely would. I would not recommend this location.

Henry Ford OptimEyes - Plymouth was a very pleasant experience. I was a walk in patient on a Friday morning. Check in went quickly and smooth. I was seen by an eye technician within five minutes. I had numerous tests done. Because I had unusual shadows and webs in my vision. I saw the eye doctor shortly after all the testing. She was very nice and did more testing. She assured me that she could see what I was explaining. Then she went on to tell me what I had was PVD. That is normal with age related issues. Also that I should see my regular eye doctor if my symptoms became worse. I definitely recommend Henry Ford OptimEye for any eye care. Thanks to all of your staff. They were all so friendly.

Waited several weeks for my sunglasses to be ready - if you opt out of their marketing, they wont notify you - AT ALL - when your glasses are ready. First, the sunglass lenses had a white ring around the front edge by the frame! Did they send them back since they were OBVIOUSLY not acceptable - NO! I had to go there and TELL THEM that there was something wrong. Told me it was from edge "roll and polish" & sent it back to the lab. AGAIN, no one would call me when they were ready. Went back, and they werent dark like they were supposed to be. The tech said someone would call me about refunding the money I paid for "roll and polish", but of course, AGAIN NO ONE HAS CALLED ME! Worst customer service I have ever had. Would like to give 0 stars. Totally unprofessional.
