Rx Optical, a MyEyeDr. Company

I recently had an appointment here on February 24th. During my visit, I received my new glasses prescription and I was very satisfied with the overall experience. The staff were friendly and professional, making me feel comfortable throughout the appointment. The representative took the time to explain everything clearly and answered all my questions, which I really appreciated. Based on my visit, I would rate this experience 5 out of 5 stars, and I would definitely recommend this clinic to anyone looking for quality eye care.

I had my first appointment at this location today, after having a not so positive experience at a different location a few years ago. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by Blue, who guided me through the start of my appointment. Dr. Juang was wonderful and I felt that she listened to my concerns and genuinely cared about me. After my exam, I sat with Blue to go over my options and she was just the sweetest human being in the world. I cannot say enough about how great the customer service I received from start to finish. I will definitely be back and will tell others about this experience. Customer Service is a lost art these days, so I have to give a shout out when it is just that good! Thank you!!!

Our entire family has been going to RX Optical since we moved to Plymouth about 12 years ago. We absolutely love all the staff in there. The absolute best to work with.. Blue has a gift of picking out the perfect glasses. Prices are very reasonable and honestly, you can't find a better place to go. Go see Blue or Corrina

Blue is amazing!! Shes so so helpful and knowledgable! She helped my husband pick out glasses when we usually have a hard time! The doctor was also very kind and knowledgeable. Highly recommend this office!

Doctor E and the staff at Rx Optical in Plymouth were wonderful to work with! The assistant general manager, Katie, was also very helpful with picking out frames with me. So glad I decided to come here for my eye exam!

I love Plymouth Rx Optical. All of the doctors and staff are wonderful. I especially enjoy working with Blue--she's always so friendly and has a great eye for helping me choose the perfect frames. I truly think of her as my personal eyewear stylist. A+ experience every time!

Dr. Juang, Blue and Karina did an amazing job! The were professional, fun and very thorough! Glad we made the switch from SVS. Only downside is that in order to get your order started you must pay in full not a down payment or percentage and balance due at pick up. But that's not on them! MyEyeDr. Should change this policy.
