The service at this SVS location is unparalleled. They took their time showing me different frames and helped me select a pair that I was comfortable with. This might not happen to everyone but my glasses were ready to pickup in 3 days. Highly recommend making this your one stop shop for exam and frames. The staff is welcoming and helpful. 10/10

Very wonderful service at the Plymouth location, Mrs. Coco is amazing. Got our Family of 4 an appointment within minutes. I could not find my insurance information and she helped with that as well. The Dr was so kind and gentle with my kids and husband. The staff showed us all the available frames and helped us with affordability. We love our SVS plymouth store and have found a new home for our family's eye care. The Dearborn SVS TEAM could use a few lessons. Plymouth SVS . 10 stars

I have never been to an eyeglass place like this . First of all when I got there , not one employee acknowledged me . Until I spoke up and made them acknowledge me after 20 minutes . Then I guess what seemed to be the manager of the optical finally came out after just looking at me not acknowledging or reassuring me a staff would've with me . Further more when she get to me she has me to try my glasses on and low and behold the glasses has the wrong lenses in them , so ten min more later she says they have to reorder and start the process over again after I came an hour away to pick my ray ban meta glasses up after they sent me a text they were ready for pick up. So she says she has to reorder with no compensation for my Time my money I spent not to mention gonna get to work late as well when it was to be a smooth transition go in try on pick up. All I can say is never again I'll be back to Svs vision . They're so nice and professional . They would never and if they did they would make it right .

The staff there is extremely friendly, attentive, and takes the extra time for a good fit. This is not a simple transaction, and they are very detailed and do not treat it as such. Ive been going thee 3 years , and it is the same staff, that says something . I appreciate all your help.

As much as I enjoyed the staff and the entire process of picking frames, now that my glasses are ready for pick up the location is "temporarily closed" and no one can seem to assist me. Glasses worth over 1k already paid for that I cannot pickup because they aren't keeping their regular business hours. If it's a staffing issue, hire more ppl!!! I hate an unprofessional business in 2026!!!

I booked an eye exam appointment online for Saturday, November 8, at 2:45 PM. A few days before the appointment, one of the SBS agents called me to confirm some details. I answered the call, but at that moment my son suddenly ran toward the road, so I had to hang up quickly. I told the agent, "Sorry, I need to catch my son," and ended the call. After that, I didn't receive any follow-up call or message to confirm or reschedule. When I arrived at the clinic at the time of my appointment, they told me my appointment had been canceled because I didn't complete the phone confirmation. I did answer the phone, but it was an emergency situation. Canceling my appointment without any notice is very disappointing. I even took time off work for this visit, and it ended up being a wasted trip. This is not how appointments should be handled. I will not return to this location again.

What a fantatic well run office. The physician was attentive and friendly. The staff was helpful and kind. I highly recommend this location! Knowledgable and great staff!

Excellent service always. Staff is very attentive and courteous. The staff and doctor are great with kids too, my whole family comes here for their eye care!
