Dr. Picard has excellent chairside manner and is very knowledgeable. I found him after I went to another eye doctor with a problem and the other doctor didn't know what was causing it. After hearing my problem, 10 minutes later Dr Picard diagnosed me with what was causing it, explained it to me in non-technical terms and had a treatment plan....that worked!! He really takes time to listen and understand his patients. I recommend him without any reservations

Having not seen an eye doctor in several years, I had a great experience getting an exam and glasses fitted by Dr. Picard. The staff was friendly, professional, and personable. The exam itself was very efficient. as Dr. Picard was very nice and answered all my questions. Would highly recommend!

Treated us like family! My parent's were visiting from out of town and my dad ripped his contact. Unfortunately he had also forgotten his glasses. We visited two other eye care places (one I was a previous client of) first and both very rudely told us that they couldn't help us (one didn't even bother looking at the prescription his doctor emailed him before turning us away). Picard helped us with no hesitation; I'm not even a client of theirs! In fact, they went above and beyond as they were about too close and still went out of their way to help us. They gave us a trial pair of contact lenses and a free solution. I can't begin to express how much they helped my family enjoy a better weekend and did it without hesitation. Finding a place like this when so many others didn't even give us a second thought was so refreshing.

They are wonderful, friendly people. They have a nice, but not gigantic selection of frames. The eye exam is thorough. I now go to them for the eye exam, but use Zenni optical online to get the prescription filled. This is because their frames and lenses are so ridiculously expensive, I had to pay almost $200 for glasses, AFTER my insurance paid several hundred (I can't remember the exact amount) to get decent frames. And this was for single vision lenses! At Zenni, the same glasses cost me $58, which I got back from the vision insurance company in full.

Just an amazing office. Dr.is attentive and took the time to listen. The front office staff made me feel like I have known them for years. Wow the new glasses I received were reasonably priced and they made sure the fit my style. Thank you!
