America's Best Contacts & Eyeglasses

They sold me prescription sunglassss that are useless. Go somewhere else. When I ordered there was an online price they argued about honoring. While I was choosing the sunglasses there's tiers to the lens which I know many businesses have upcharges but the basic model of lens is useless. After I ordered they never called when they were in. I figured it was because they never processed the order because of the online price dispute. After I reviewed my HSA transactions I realized they did charge me. When I picked them up they were useless and they said they warned me. Why would you sell something that's useless? Only the very center of the lens was functional. The peripheral was blurry. Completely useless.

My husband purchased glasses and had an eye exam. It was a good experience. Johnathan spent time educating us on the lense options which was very helpful. He even adjusted our glasses we didn't purchase there free of charge. Thanks Johnathan, we appreciate you!

I had a very disappointing experience during my eye exam yesterday. The optometrist was extremely rude and dismissive throughout the appointment. For instance, when she asked whether I wanted contact lenses for 30 days or 60 days, I explained that I wasn't planning to buy any contacts that day. She abruptly responded, "I just have to put in. I'm not a salesperson, that's not my job". She was unnecessarily harsh and passive aggressive. Also, the 2-for-$89.95 glasses offer description was unclear. It doesn't specify that the included eye exam is only for glasses, not for contact lenses. The front desk lady clearly knew I was interested in the offer and was doing contacts exam as well. I wouldn't have done it if I knew the offer was only for eyeglass exam. I ended up paying extremely high costs. Clear communication and respectful interaction go a long way, and unfortunately, neither was provided during my visit. I did appreciate how quickly I was able to get the appointment but overall visit fell short.

I had such a great experience as soon as I came in I was brought right into the exam. Chelsea was so awesome. She helped me with my one-year-old son during my exam and even helped Me pick out my glasses and got me in and out of there and Make sure I was fully taken care of. All the doctors were amazing, I've been having such problems with eye care, and this place always helps me out and has the best deals. Definitely best eye place in Saginaw and best staff in Saginaw

Went in on 3/20/26 and had exam was to get 2 pair glasses blue pair and ray bans then I change my mind and just wanted the Ray bans that was on clearance when I got the call to pick up go in and the guy put the script in the blue glasses was really upset because the ray bans were the ones I wanted and I stressed that I did not want the blue glasses will go somewhere else very upset hope to get my refund soon!! Joshuah got my order wrong!!!

My exam went well, and the people in the store were great. My wife's glasses and contacts came in, so I called to see if mine were in. The lady on the phone told me mine were in as well, so I drove 40 minutes to pick them up. When I got to the store, the same lady told me they weren't in yet, just the topper (Pair Eyewear). I wasted time and gas to get there for nothing.

This was my first experience with America's Best. Love the Optometrist who explained the changes to my vision, fabulous job. Biggest shout out to Mike who listened to what I wanted in a new pair of glasses, patiently explained different options for the lenses and walked me through pin pad difficulty (Lol). This guy is wonderful and made the whole experience such a positive point in my day. Thank you again for a great outcome!
