Ordered a cute pair of glasses and got great care from every staff member Also, had wonderful service at the front desk as she helped me understand my two new insurances together and HSA card more! I had a great experience with this office! Everyone I encountered was kind, professional, and welcoming. I hadn't ever had a professional eye exam, and knew I probably needed to get glasses, so it was all new to me. Everyone was great about answering my questions and walking me through what would happen. Dr. Rickel was very sweet, and I will definitely be requesting her for future appointments.

I decided to schedule my 9 year old daughter's first eye exam after seeing that they specialized in pediatric exams. This was also my first time at this facility. Everyone in the office was extremely friendly and helpful. Dr. Engel did a great job in making both my daughter and I feel comfortable. Although it was the Friday after the holiday, he took the time to really listen to my daughter and make sure everything was right. We never felt rushed. I would recommend Dr. Engel and Associates in Eyecare to anyone looking for a place to go. They had a great selection of frames and my daughter is actually excited to get the pretty purple and blue frames she picked out. Thank you!

I love Anderson Eye and I especially liked Mrs Kaczmarek. She is so personable. Always a friendly smile. She makes you feel comfortable! The receptionist is sooo helpful. The insurance biller that works by the eyeglasses was not that friendly. I don't know her name, She use to help with fitting the glasses. She's an older lady. She was nice before but now she turned sour on me. The lady that helped me was very nice and I appreciate you!!
