This place Rocks .David Lisa Dr Schultze and the Receptionist . David & Lisa helped with my frames I love them Lisa suggested options for my glasses .The eye Dr.she was fantastic .I just wish they would give care packages like they used to.the eye cleaning cloth and the eye glass cleaning pads would of been nice for as much as people spend give a little gift so they feel appreciated.iill be back for eye glass cleaner soon.i love my glasses .

I had a great experience yesterday getting my eye exam for the year, the Dr. (forgot his name sorry Doc) was really helpful with explaining to me how the processes go and the benefits of it, I especially appreciate Ms. Niesha the optician for her help in finding new frames, she was able to help me decide a great pair and I cannot wait to come pick them up!

Let me preface by saying I have NEVER broken my glasses before coming here idk if it's the manufacturer they're work with or what but me wary of what glasses you buy I'm on my 3 pair bc they just keep snapping when I pick them up. Very brittle. However the associates for the most part are very friendly and nice and seem to actually care about you

We've had a few rounds ,but,if you persist and finally open someone's eyes,that genuinely cares,your issues can and will be resolved,thanks to the owner and DAVID,for making it right,when David saw the product that I purchased,he not only agreed that it was inferior to their standards,he immediately looked into,the why,they made me new lenses,boy what a difference,owner,whoever you are you should be thankful for people like david,he'll keep you in business,I'm back with my business. I've been going here for years--love the 45 day guarantee and the year warranty option along with the staff and Dr. Schulz. I recently placed an order for contact lenses, but unfortunately, I received the wrong brand. Due to a recent move and the fact that I primarily wear glasses, I did not notice the discrepancy until right after the 45-day return window had passed. As a result, I am now left with contacts that cause discomfort and dryness in my eyes. Always double check the product as soon as you receive it so this doesn't happen to you.

We have been loyal customers for almost 6 years. We have never had a problem until the manager retired earlier this year. My son has had two pairs of glasses break within a month of having them. The manufacturer itself offers a 1 year warranty. Svs vision is not forth coming with this information. They choose to offer a warranty to you for $25 that they are getting for free from the manufacturer. When I inquired about how to find out if there was a recall on the glasses or how we reach out to the manufacturer to let them know about the problem with the glasses the manager did give me the manufacturer information and let me know he'd contact the district manager. He told me Thursday I could expect to hear something back by Monday. I received no call or email Monday so I called the store and left a voicemail. Tuesday arrived and I still did not hear anything. At this point I decided to send a message to corporate. I've finally talked with the manager (Thursday) he was clearly upset I reached out to corporate and said he sent me an email. I had updated my information back in May when my son had his eye exam. So I never got the email because he sent it to the old one. I explained that I have updated my information and they should have current information. Had I just received a call back I would have never reached out to corporate. When my son is eligible for new glasses we will be going elsewhere. A simple phone call and keeping their customers information updated could have avoided this.

The worst lying people ever I know I purchased a Warranty on my Gucci glasses went to go get some scratches removed and they lied and Said I didn't purchase the warranty. That's a lie. Do you know how much that frame and lens cost? Never again!!! Now I want to know what did they do with the money?

I am a returning patient after 4 years. I made a same-day appt, and although they were very busy, I was greeted warmly upon arrival. Dr. Schulze was, as always, pleasant and professional. I would like to mention that Nieshia T. went over above what I expected. Her customer service skills and positive attitude made it a pleasurable experience picking out new frames and getting the cost options. She is definitely an asset to the Saginaw location!
