I recently had an absolutely wonderful experience at a LensCrafters location, and I just have to share it. The optometrist I saw, Peyton, was truly exceptional--beyond impressive, really. If I could give a rating higher than five stars, I wouldn't hesitate to give it a perfect 10 out of 10! The entire staff was incredibly helpful and their willingness to go above and beyond truly touched me. They didn't have to put in that extra effort, yet they did, and it made such a difference. I truly felt valued as a customer. This experience has left a lasting impression on me, and I can assure you, it won't be my last visit. Thank you for such a remarkable experience!

Not getting same quality level of service as before. Took a pair of sunglasses I purchased there to see if I could get lenses updated with new Rx. Over $400 for just lenses. I only paid $188 for original pair. Took a new pair of regular glasses I purchased there for adjustment. Fit worse afterwards. Took another pair in for tightening of temple screws. They tightened so much I couldn't fold them in anymore. Family member ordered new pair. They were told ready in a week to 10 days. Almost a month, still waiting. They do not keep you updated, you have to call and pry the status out of them. Used to enjoy shopping for new glasses after an exam there. Not so much anymore.

Called me an hour before my appt to tell me problem with insurance. I gave them the correct information, and told them if there was any problems to call me right back because I was leaving work early for my appt. Person on the phone assured me he would call me back if there was any issues.
I did not hear from them so showed up for my appointment. Yeah, they told me they'd have to bill me because they couldn't get insurance to go thru.
Total waste of time and why would they wait till the last minute right before an appointment to make sure things are good since they had all the info before ...
No apologies. Nothing. I won't be back

from my eye exam to receiving my glasses, everything was flawless. I had the Most thorough eye exam big shout out to Brett. The store manager Jordan was a pleasure to deal with so I bought an extra pair and my wife as a result had hers eyes checked and purchased additional three pair. We were so pleased with the results. when I received my glasses today, there is no getting used to the progressive worked. Great just my vision was clear.
