Got lost on my way there and called for directions. After spending 10 minutes guiding me their way and being only 5 minutes away, they tell me I have to reschedule. I explain I worked Saturday to get this time off and jumped through hoops to get there. Receptionist said "its not our fault you got lost". There's a difference between following policy and being customer-focused. They clearly didn't care. I've owned my own business and would have never pulled that with a customer, because they mattered not only a buck. This place will NOT get a dime of my money. Going to Great Lakes Eye Institute!!
