Dr. Douglas is wonderful, he is very thorough and I never feel rushed. May, the Optometry technician that assisted me with my glasses was great! My eyes had been dilated and I was struggling to find glasses that I liked. She came to my rescue and found me glasses that I love! I just picked them up and they are perfect! Thank you all at Douglas Family Vision, you are all exceptional.

They took advantage of my 19 year old. I wasn't able to go with her and ended up charging me $50 for a put contact lenses in with a specialist. My daughter had been wearing contacts for years and they made me purchase this years ago when she first started wearing contracts saying some bull about if this is their first time wearing contacts. Even though I had been wearing contacts for a decade and could of shown her myself. Now I am getting charged for it again. This new staff is horrible. The one doesn't even know how to adjust glasses other than tightening the screws. Beware of the up charges.

I've been a patient of Douglas Family Vision for several years and I've always been very happy with the care I've received. Dr. Joe Douglas & Dr. Karen Douglas are both very qualified and thorough in their exams. They always make sure that I feel comfortable and at ease during my appointments. My son is now a patient as well and we were just in to pick out his first pair of glasses. The optical staff was fantastic with him and helped him pick out a cool pair of Oakley frames with green accents. They have a large selection of designer frames available to choose from. I would highly recommend Douglas Family Vision to anyone looking for an excellent eye doctor.

Got new glasses and first pair of prescription sunglasses. Took three years to replace my Tom Ford glasses I got back I 2021 because nothing could top them. During covid time when we couldn't touch anything someone sold me those and knocked it out of the park. Now, I absolutely needed to get new glasses because my old ones were so old and scathed I couldn't see. I worked with Mary to get these new glasses and sunglasses and she was so patient and helpful. She was honest and helped me find the best shape for my face. I told her the story about why I didn't want to get new glasses because my old ones were so hard to do better and replace, she looked at my records and it was her that sold me those! She knows what she is doing and will help you find the best frame for your face and workout the best deal she can with your insurance. 10/10 will always ask to see Mary for my new glasses!!

Excellent experience as a new patient. The staff members are very friendly, courteous and prompt from check in to rooming patient to selecting glasses to check out. Dr Karen Douglas was wonderful, very professional, she doesn't hurry through the exam process, she ensures you understand changes in your vision. When selecting eye wear the staff was very knowledgeable, friendly and very helpful in selecting appropriate eye glasses.

I had an appointment today after not seeing an eye doctor for years. I'm so glad I booked with Douglas Family Vision! From the moment I got there, the ladies at the front desk, Kelly and Jill, checked me in so fast and were so kind. It was a great start to my appointment. Next, Dr. Karen was amazing. She was so friendly and made me feel so comfortable. Once I got to pick out my glasses, the lady that helped me was also wonderful. It was my first time ever needing/picking out glasses and she helped so much. Overall, it was such a great experience everyone was so friendly, efficient, and helpful! I would highly recommend booking an appointment here! :) I can't wait to get my new glasses!

Jill, at the front desk, is the face you want to see. She is a shining star and ways has a smiling face. She has all of the correct information, if she is not there I get nervous that I may not get everything I need. The whole office has always been AMAZING to my family! I 100% would recommend this facility!
