Great place for your eye care. Dr. Hannah Massey is very thorough, patient and explains things that you can understand. Nicole, Dr. Massey's assistant is very nice and personable. The receptionist, I did not catch her name, but she was very, very nice and helpful. The woman that fitted me for my glasses I couldn't have asked for a better person not sure of her name either. Overall, a very enjoyable experience. And I have been going to Riverfront eye care for over 20 years and I still appreciate all of them and what they do for me.

Was told 2 weeks MAX for my glasses. 31/2 weeks go by and I call to check on them just to be told for the FIRST time that the frames I chose are out of stock....I then had to pry out the admission that after a month of not being able to see, that they hadn't even started my glasses. Very disappointed and for the record, I had already called and asked where my glasses were 2 times PRIOR to being told they weren't even available or started almost a month later. Like good Lord you guys, your jobs are not that demanding.

It's so wrong how they have found a way to charge more for the lenses we pay for bi vocals ok, no line bifocal , ok , shades or transition ok but now they a I think is call smart lenses basically which ads an additional $280 which that takes an average pair not designers to a close $800 . So far I haven't found out if you could opt out of there special lenses that they just automatically add on.
