My Ear Dr here was very nice and helpful with all my questions and concerns.

Extremely friendly staff. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful. My optometrist was immensely kind and patient. The technician helping me with glasses sought to ensure I was satisfied. The facilities were very clean and organized. Those wanting appointments here will have to request an appointment a few months out, but it is worth it!

I have cataracts in both eyes noticed more vision problems and went to a private optometrist who said my cataracts are worse, called Saginaw VA optometry they said my eyes aren't bad enough for any additional follow up. So I can't see well in my right eye I almost had to get Patient Advocate involved after informing them I would go that route if I wasn't given proper care and eventually they agreed to schedule a local appointment at an outpatient clinic near me. I'm waiting on an appointment for my vision now but the VA is still horrible it's not about helping veterans we are still a number to them and they get annoyed if we are adamant about receiving the care we need. Stupid a civilian optometrist would've recommended eye surgery immediately but I get to play the VA healthcare game. It's sad when I served our country almost 10 years to be fighting the VA healthcare system to be whole, still a number to them get very little respect and given the minimal amount of care so they can forget about me. Shame on you Veterans Affairs it's not gotten better seems worse with subpar healthcare and rude people working within the system.

The VA is doing great things these days! I really like the audiology department here. Everyone is so nice, helpful and respectful. I did have a recent issue with eye department with a new pair of glasses I got. They were sent out twice and I'm going back today for the third time, but I believe the issue is with whoever is making the lenses and not the visual department.

Great clinic overall just wish the VA would listen to veterans and their hearing issues...
