These people are jokes. So unprofessional. Came back several times due to their mix ups. They have no idea what they're doing at all! Paula has a very nasty attitude and shouldnt work with customers because she gets agitated when you ask questions. Josh which I was told is the manager does not put anything in the computer to save it. So you have to keep getting measurements and pucking out frames. You have to keep telling them the same thing over and over again..and the doctor cancels appointments and reschedules without informing patients! This whole experience has been terrible. Wish I could give them negative stars!!

Paula went above and beyond to make me 100% happy with my purchase. I even changed my mind after I tried on my new lenses. She warned me with my prescription that I might not like a larger frame and she was right I should have listened. She was happy to make it right even though it was my fault. Thanks Paula!

I had just had a fairly new pair of glasses break on me and I asked the optician there if she could measure my pupil distance. Her attitida quickly changed to very rudely saying "Why!? Am I your doctor? Are you my patient? It's not something I normally do... Wait just a minute." Then she measured it in less than a minute, wrote it down and sent me on my way. I go there often and have never been treated so rudely. Yes I was going to use it to order glasses through Zenni Optical, but Opticians are not paid by commission and she is certainly not a "doctor".

The original glasses I purchased ended up not fitting properly, so ended up wanting to reorder a different pair. During the reorder process, the Mgr. was not competent, made a mistake in my original order, and kept changing costs in the new order, very confusing, I was there for 45 minutes while he kept having to redo the order, there were no offers to right his mistake or the inconvenience to me, most places of business will just eat the added cost of their mistake, and inconveniencing the customer..In the end, I was stressed out, and charged for his mistake ..Overall, he was not customer friendly either time I placed an order, impatient and incompetent...Next time, I will choose another Walmart in the area, if he is still the Mgr at Brockway.

While getting an eye exam here recently I was asked if I was ever told by my doctor that I was pre-diabetic. I told her no, I've never been told I was and I've gotten my sugar checked many times and even check it myself. I told her that I do have high blood pressure though. She proceeded to basically tell me I need to go on a diet and wrote down a bunch of stuff for me to look up on the keto diet. Being overweight I have tried many diets and that is one of them. I know all there is to know about it. I didnt feel like arguing with her so I took the information with a grain of salt. My point is, you're an eye doctor. Check my eyes and send me on my way. You do not know my medical history and you are not my physician. Please stay in your lane. I was very taken aback by this and thought it was very inappropriate.
