I absolutely love this place for eye care! Dr. Jeff Scieszka was amazing and helped with my itchy eyes and astigmatism problem that I've been having for years. The Tech Anna was super nice and helpful as well! I would definitely recommend this place for the best attention and care to your eyes!

Stay far away from this place. Terrible customer service and horrible attitudes from the staff. They don't seem to understand that they are in business because of customers. Treating people poorly is bad for business. I'd be surprised if they're still in business at the end of this year. The number of 1-star reviews speaks loud and clear.

If I could give them no stars I would. NEVER EVER recommend Advanced Eye Care! It's been 2 months since original exam. Said it would take 2 weeks for glasses to come in. We had to call to see if they were in, informed us they were. Went in on Oct 1, only to find out they only had the frames. Promised to get the lenses in ASAP. Following week. Nothing. The last 3 weeks they would have them shipped over night. And as of today, still nothing. The mom has made several phone calls & left messages, which they never responded too. Called from a different number and picked up immediately. It's extremely frustrating to be continually lied to about their process. They promise one thing then state that's not what they said. Office Manager said she doesn't know what happens at one end of the office. She's the office manager, she should know EVERYTHING that goes on in that office. Here we are 2 months later and still no glasses! Shame on Advanced Eye Care!

I wanted to try this place because they didn't charge for the retinal eye imaging like RX Optical. Man was I wrong. The place is so small there isn't hardly room to stand. There is only cheap frame selections. The Dr was very nice, but the staff could use some hospitality training. Don't bother and stay with RX optical.

This business is NOT handicap accessible whatsoever. The "ramp" to get into the building is covered by a bush. I had to push my Dad into this bush to get him up the sidewalk to get into the building. There is no handicap button for the door to stay open, there was no help from any employees there either. The building and hallways are not big enough for wheelchair users. The wheelchair fit sure, but there is no room to maneuver it, especially in the rooms with the machines. I'm very very disappointed with our appointment and lack of quality care my Dad received at his appointment.

This has been my favorite experience with an eye doctor. I'm diagnosed with Multiple sclerosis and was dealing with optic neuritis and Dr L got me together. Everyone is very friendly and they take all kinds of insurance. They have really decent priced glasses and they also do contacts! Be kind to them because they deserve it as we all do. There is also a very convenient location in Benton Harbor as well.

I was going to give them a four or five star rating until the end of my visit. The pros: you can get in for an appointment in a timely manner, and you don't wait long when you're there. Most of the people are very nice.
When it came time to pick out my glasses, the girl was less than helpful. I asked for a quote because I was going to need to pay for my glasses out of pocket due to some issues with my insurance. She told me that she couldn't give me a quote unless she put an order in. I was not going to order glasses without knowing how much they cost but again she said she couldn't give me a quote without putting an order in. I've worn glasses for years and have never had trouble getting a price. I said you can't give me some kind of estimate? She told me what the frames would cost, but said she can't quote what the lenses will cost because I need specialty lenses and she doesn't know the cost of those. How can any business expect to sell something without telling you how much it's going to cost?? I asked for my prescription and will go elsewhere to get my glasses.
