Dr. Nicholson and his well trained staff are always professional. He always gathers all the information that he needs regarding your eye exam before he has a visit with you. Personally, I've never had a bad experience with this doctor ever. One in 1 million plus the staff are all awesome!

Dr. Nicholson is great to deal with and the other staff is also friendly. The downside was that I had a 2:00 appointment and waited 25 minutes before I was taken for the first part of my visit. I'm sure of I had been 25 minutes late, they would not have been able to see me.
After that I waited for the next part, and again for the next part, and overall I spent 2 hours for a simple follow up visit. When I finally left, I saw others, that came in around the time I did, still waiting. It seems like they are overbooking if it takes that long to see the doctor.

I have had the opportunity to see several of the Drs there and they are always nice. They explain thing's very well so you can understand what treatments are best. Most of the time I see Dr Nicholson he's great. The whole staff at the office very pleasant. I do recommend Great Lake Eye Care to friends and family.
