They really need to find someone that knows how to schedule, it shouldn't take 2 hours to get in for your appointment, there's so many people waiting they're having to stand because there's nowhere to sit down, and there's a lot of these people at the age standing a long time isn't going to work

I am very pleased with the proficiency of Dr. Nathan Farley, who consistently has an exemplary professional demeanor. A nurse/psychologist friend, who accompanies me to most appointments, wholeheartedly agrees, equally impressed by him. We were also dazzled by the first retina specialist I saw at this office but my second appointment with that practitioner (I am purposely omitting gender) left me with an antithetical opinion. I am a retired ER doctor who spent most of my medical career in a downstate teaching hospital. One of my duties was to instruct and evaluate physicians and surgeons in training as they rotated through the emergency department. I am neither an ophthalmologist nor a retina specialist but I am certainly not blind to mistreatment, and I was that day with regrettable actions that quickly ended, as if a switch had been flipped, followed by appropriate behavior. Skimming through more reviews, I found others corroborating the Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde dichotomy of that practitioner: sometimes wonderful, other times appalling. We are all an amalgamation of good and bad, so I don't expect perfection 24/7/365, yet I still cannot fathom why that practitioner felt entitled to unleash his/her outburst, then repeat it -- twice. However, I won't sully the overall rating for this office, which is a blessing for our community. UPDATE: An acquaintance had an interesting conversation with a staff member at this clinic, who held Dr. Farley and Dr. Alkaliby in highest esteem. When asked about the other doctor alluded to above, he shook his head "NO!" to signal his strong disapproval.

I am extremely pleased with my visits and my progress through Dr. Farley and the staff! Everyone put me at ease the very first time I walked into the office. Dr. Farley is extremely skilled at his profession, and he has great bedside manner. I would recommend him and this office to anyone!

Fantastic group of professionals! I would highly recommend them for you needs. I went in for a consult and everyone I met with was kind, caring and compassionate. Dr Sneed was thorough, talked me through my photos and procedures and even helped me understand the costs associated with my procedures. The care I received was second to none!

My annual visits to Dr. Fiander are always so pleasant and helpful. I have not met a doctor or staff member I have not been happy with. They are efficient yet thorough. Always friendly and seem happy to see me. Thank you to all for making my experiences so good

My experience with Dr. Fiander has been very positive as I've been in her care for about two years. She is extremely competent with a great chair side attitude; also very encouraging and takes time to answer all of your questions.

The last visit I had with Dr Farley and his staff was phenomenal. I came in 2 hours early by accident but they squeezed me in anyway so I didn't have to come back. Dr Farley and his staff are Simply the Best and I would recommend them to anyone..

All personnel were extremely pleasant and helpful. I got the feeling that they were perhaps overbooked - there was a very long wait for a very short procedure. It felt like the doctors were having to rush too much. Dr. Farley seemed most efficient, thorough and welcoming.
