I've been coming here for years, Jackie is amazing making sure glasses fit the best to not only face/ face shape- but personality! All the other staff are so caring and supportive. Doctor is super on point, and cares about longevity of eyes

Cannot put into words how frustrating it is to be called TEN BUSINESS DAYS after placing my order (when they're expected to arrive) to be told the frame I ordered is out of stock. Even more distressing to hear that when I requested a refund, the clerk intended to write down my credit card number that seems like an inappropriate and bad business practice felt too uneasy to end up completing the transaction over the phone so I had to go back to Their office to get a refund before shopping with another provider. Oh and they never followed up

The most compassionate, kind, and helpful associates at our local SVS vision. We walked in the store multiple times with my son's broken glasses and they fixed them free of charge, no questions asked and we weren't even customers yet. When he needed a brand new pair of glasses recently, I knew we would receive the highest and kindest level of care from the staff. Thank you to all the women helped make us feel taken care of at Traverse City SVS.

Will never have my granddaughter go through this place ever again. Receptionist was the most rude and out right mean to my 4 yr old granddaughter. How I wish I was there.

Was visiting TC and had a sudden contact lens emergency where my nail tore my contact lens when putting it in. Just so happens I forgot to pack my spare lenses. We swung by here since it was close to the hotel we were staying at, and the super friendly staff got me all sorted to get back home. Highly recommended if you're ever in the area and need any eye assistance. Thanks so much for all the help! Couldn't have made it back home without you!

We were visiting the area from downstate. While cycling my daughter got something stuck in her eye. We called around and SVS was the first place we were able called and didn't have to listen to hold music. The staff super kindly worked us into their already full schedule and treated us wonderfully. Dr E was so gentle, patient, kind and understanding. He was able to easily and successfully remove the debris from my daughter's eye. The kindness, understanding and willingness to help was just what we needed to turn our day around. Thank you!

I literally can't say enough good things about this place!!! Everyone was absolutely phenomenal, seriously. Stacy got me in within 20 minutes of me calling even though they were booked out for a little bit. When I came in, she was so cheerful and welcoming. Sara Jo was at the door waiting for me after my exam and helped me pick out my glasses. She was funny and cheerful as well. Kris was awesome in checking me out and gave me a free cleaning cloth on the sly. Lol. Coming back in to pick up my glasses, Sarah helped them fit the best and has such a great personality. Dr. Everton was personable and explained thing really well. Saoirse was funny and so helpful. I went so far as to write down everyone's name because the service was so amazing. I manage a company and these are the kind of employees that everyone needs. I'd give them 10 stars if I could. Come here and you won't regret it!!
