Doctors of Optometry - Grand Traverse Mall

We took our seven year old granddaughter here for an eye exam and were super impressed! All of the employees were very professional. The young gal who did the retinal photos had some issues with the machinery, but remained patient and considerate. We both thought Dr. Stewart was quite thorough in his explanation of far sightedness and very kind during the exam. Stacey was positive and so helpful in selecting and fitting the right pair of glasses. We are forever grateful!

I had a great experience at this Lens Crafters. I was easily able to book a same day appointment online. I called to confirm the appointment went through. The woman answering the phone was knowledgeable, professional and helpful. By the time I got to the appointment, she had all my insurance pulled up and figured out. The exam was thorough but quick. The Dr. was helpful with some questions I had. I didn't feel rushed for him to get to his next appointment. I appreciate the professionalism and the great customer service I received from start to finish.

I dont usually have a bad experience with any staff or the Dr they are always SUPER nice but I had an appointment that I had a confirmation for that I set up online like I had previously, I dove over an hour to get there (because I like it there) for them to tell me my appointment was canceled and someone else had taken the spot. I didn't cancel my appointment one of THEIR staff members did (one of the other staff members told me this i do not remember a first name of the person that canceled it but her last name was Short i believe) I did NOT ask for my appointment to be canceled and I didn't receive anything about it being canceled. Luckily they had an opening still .... 3 1/2 hours after my original appointment time but I still was not and am not happy. The staff that were there and Dr Stewart were super nice and apologetic about the situation but hopefully this doesn't happen to anyone else. Im debating on going somewhere else in the future as I dont want to drive over an hour there again next year for the same thing to happen. 5 stars to Dr Stewart and the nice staff that were there but 3 stars for all the chaos and appointment cancelation that I DID NOT ASK FOR.

Dr. Stewart, Stacie, and (I didn't get her name) the optometrist's assistant did a wonderful job! Dr. Stewart listened to my concerns and gave me recommendations on dry eye/ eye allergy issues on top of doing the exam. Stacie did a great job at explaining things too and helped price out different options. 100% would recommend to anyone!

Dr. Talaga was great, she was very thorough and explained everything about the Eye exam. Stacy was very helpful and helping me pick out a nice pair of glasses. My whole experience was great. Definitely recommend this office and their staff.

Dr Stewart and Beth were great to work with today. Beth went above and beyond to make sure I was happy and informed about my choices. They were both professional and personable.

Excellent experience. Everyone took time to answers questions and help with making sure we made the best choices for our prescriptions and needs. Definitely the best optical experience we've had in the Traverse City area.

Great service! Dr Stewart explained everything thoroughly and answered all of my questions! Stacie was awesome explaining all of my choices and lots of tips when choosing glasses! Huge selection of frames and a vast price range. I highly recommend this store and will be returning!
