I had an absolutely wonderful experience, from the check in process all the way to getting my glasses. Hope was a beacon of light and laughter helping me with the process and insurance with 3 kids acting a fool. Then per usual me being mom, I was the last person to look for my glasses and Jennifer the bright happy soul she is completely understood the assignment. She picked out the color and style I was looking for like some kind of fairy godmother, This place is absolutely wonderful with amazing staff.
