I have been a patient with Scarborough for almost a decade and have only been seen for routine eye exams until this week. I had an eye injury that I was seen for and I have just been very impressed with the practice overall as a patient there. They are always very friendly, very knowledgeable, and they are usually able to get you in quickly. Both of the doctors I've seen have been very gentle and have taken their time to explain what they were doing and why they were doing it. I think that they are a wonderful practice from the receptionist experience to your experience with the doctors.

Nice quiet friendly and throughly professional eye practice. Dr. Reed and his staff were very welcoming and kind. Also went over some options to a new Migraine glass lens just being released that is not yet covered by insurance. However they had options as well as affordable types of lenses. Very impressive to say the least.

Our Traverse City optometrist and glasses provider. They do thorough exams using the latest equipment and procedures to assess and monitor eye health. Dr. Reed saw us as Dr. Scarborough is away and I was very pleased with his professionalism. My prescription was updated and the staff in the glasses were efficient and courteous. Fortunately, the frames I have used for a few decades are still available and the process was expedited due to this fact. Eyewear is functional and not fashionable for me but I do get higher end Oakley frames that , like other things I prefer, are timeless in design and durable.
