Dr Potthoff is professional, kind and thorough when I have appointments. The office is clean and staff is friendly. When dealing with the precious commodity that is my eyesight, I feel I can trust him. If i email with questions, he answers me.

Another excellent appointment with Dr. Potthoff. He is very professional and thoroughly discusses any questions and concerns that I had. Viewing the scan with him and his explanation was very interesting and helpful. Being greeted with and smile and total attention by the ladies at the desk made the appointment perfect. Initially, I went to a well known practitioner near Royal Drive. The process was so impersonal. It was an assembly line through multiple assistants and when I finally saw the doctor, he just asked me two questions and told me to see the cashier. When I told her I wanted a second opinion, she got angry. I called Dr Potthoff's office and it was the exact opposite. The receptionist went out of the way to get me a quick intake appointment. The only practitioner I saw was Dr Potthoff. He thoroughly answered my questions and explained the cataract options in detail. It's a big decision and he did not rush me. The same quality service extended to the surgeries, follow up appointments and after care. He and his staff are patient, thorough, professional and friendly. I recommended him to a friend and she was so glad she chose him, too. No assembly line, no long waits and staff that know your name.

Dr. Potthoff is a very caring, professional, and polite ophthalmologist. I have been extremely impressed with his diagnoses, decision making, and surgical skills in treating my eyes. I feel confident he and his wonderful staff will continue to take very good care of my eyes!

I was referred to Dr Potthoff by my eye care Dr for a cataract consultation. I was very impressed with Dr Potthoff and his staff. Dr Potthoff's knowledgeable, caring and personable demeanor made me feel I was in very capable hands. My boyfriend was seen by Dr. Poffhoff and he received the best care. He is very personable and gave extraordinaire attention to his patient.
