I had an excellent experience at LensCrafters thanks to Wedad and Maryam! From start to finish, they were professional, friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable. Wedad conducted my eye exam with great care and made me feel comfortable throughout the process. She explained everything clearly and took the time to answer all my questions. Maryam was equally fantastic--helpful, attentive, and made sure I found the right frames and lenses that suited my needs perfectly.
Their teamwork and dedication to customer service truly stood out. It's not often you leave an eye exam feeling this well taken care of. I highly recommend visiting this location and asking for Wedad and Maryam. You'll be in great hands!

The exam and doctor are experience was great. Eyeglass selection was great. When i returned to pick up my frames I had a 50$ coupon to take off my balance that I had already paid in full.
When asked if I could have that amount refunded to my card the employee Wedad blatantly lied indicating I had already been given the discount. She even went as far to show me the internal screen showing 50$ was deducted. When I advised her that is my insurance deduction that's when she decided to refund my money reluctantly.
When I arrived the store was empty the employee was talking on FaceTime and she continued the call during my entire interaction with her. So unprofessional. I can't say that I will be returning to this store for future needs.

I can't say enough lovely things about everyone there who was so helpful, informative, caring and overall kind. I've been wearing glasses since the 2nd grade and I'm over 50 now and this was the best experience I've ever had!!! Kudos to them all
