Don't waste your time. Completely unprofessional. My appointment was at 12:40pm, I waited for 45 minutes without any acknowledgment from anyone. When I asked why it's taking so long and what's the point of having an appointment if I'm not going to be seen at my scheduled time, I got no response. I eventually gave up and left and was never seen. I respected the doctor's time and showed up on time, but the same respect was not extended to me. As if I have all day to sit around waiting for her to see me.
There are plenty of other places you can get an eye exam, there is no reason to subject yourself to this location's lack of time management. It's my own fault for not trusting the other reviews.
Aside from scheduling practices that resulted in a 40 min waiting room wait, doc Seidel is the best I've been to ever. Took the time to answer questions. Gave options. A+
Had an excellent experience, as always. Been going there for about 5 years now and they are always helpful with no pressure.
Great experience with the doctor performing the eye exam and appreciated that the other staff are not pushy about selling you glasses.
It was a wonderful experience, and everything went well. And fast and the doctor was real knowledgeable.
Appointments mean nothing at this location. Plan to wait up to an hour. Disorganized. Couldn't find my records from previous visits. Overall, the exam was great but waiting every visit makes it a hard sell to return next year
Shockingly terrible. Staff is nice and that's about it. Didn't have any knowledge on BVD or visual snow syndrome, left us in the waiting room for close to 45 minutes if not more because they just didn't tell the Dr I was there or had an appointment. Paid for the special service for eye exam pictures, the doctor didn't even know I had them done, I had to explicitly ask. When she noticed a spot on my images she just said she wasn't worried, nothing about what it was or when it would be a cause for worry. When I initially arrived I made it clear that I only wanted an eye exam and no glasses, I wanted a full prescription so I would be able to get my own glasses (at a place that doesn't just rip you off) and when it came time to pay and finish my prescription (needed pupil distance) they refused and said it was only if I buy glasses from them. Would have been great to know BEFORE all of this since I still can't get glasses. Paid too much money to spend nearly 3 hours in an empty eye glass store to essentially get nothing that I came for.
Jay & Dr.Adams were professional and provided outstanding customer service.
Well done!
