Honestly the best experience I've had in my life with a doctor. The doctor I had was Michael Sistick. He is extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and calming. He went above and beyond the call of duty to make it the best experience I've ever had getting glasses. I highly recommend him, 10/10.

Through some poor planning on my part, I had a little bit of an emergency on my hands in getting some contact lenses ordered. I also needed to order some glasses since mine were over 10 years old. I work in a different town than my normal location. I made some quick phone calls and my local team suggested I call the Troy location as they were nearer to where I work. I made a quick phone call. Maryan answered and spoke with me briefly, then immediately got to work on helping me with my emergency. She invited me to come up and meet with her. In less than an hour, she was able to get my proper contact lenses ordered, helped me pick out a pair of glasses and go through the entire process. I could not be happier. Maryan probably saved me an additional 2 to 3 hours of my time which I do not have. My hat is off to LensCrafters and especially Maryan.

His professionalism and amiable temperament make me look forward to my annual eye examinations.
I am also impressed that he remembers me and the conversation we had during my last exam. I don't know if he takes notes or just has a great memory, but either way it makes me feel special as a patient and that is appreciated.

Came in today to get my brothers glasses fixed since the place we originally bought them from is closed on Sundays and he needs them for school tomorrow. When I arrived, the woman at the desk was on the phone with a customer, after she got off the phone she then helped another customer who came in after me. Even after we were finally acknowledged and told to sit, she helped yet another person who arrived later. After waiting about 30 minutes, we were told they couldn't fix the glasses because we didn't buy them there unless we get a new prescription with them.
I've had minor fixes done at other eyeglass places for a fee, so I wasn't expecting anything free, just help in an urgent situation. Unfortunately, the lack of customer priority and unwillingness to assist means I won't be returning nor recommend this location.

Not only did they answer my call quickly on a Sunday. They said they would be able to put lenses into frames for no cost. I brought the lenses and frames up and had a short wait. They then took the lenses and got them into the frames, even though it was insanely difficult to do so. Afterward they still said it was on the house and honestly in the current times that is so insanely helpful. I extremely appreciate this, and I will be back for an exam and glasses as soon as I can afford it. Thank you LensCreafters.
