My wife and I had such a lovely experience at Optica and we solely credit this to Azhane' who went above & beyond to accommodate us with all our questions, requests and inquiries we had during the time we spent there. Azhane' was patient, kind and extremely knowledgeable about all the brands & services they had to offer us. Currently waiting on my new prescriptions lenses to come in that she took the order on and I'm confident I'll be just as satisfied with everything when I go to pick them up. Jade helped me find a perfect pair of frames for my face. I have always felt anxious about my face shape and how my glasses sit. Jade was very no-nonsense and knowledgeable and gave me the confidence needed for my new glasses. I liked her energy and attitude. I will definitely come back here and be recommending her to others.

I went to Optica and purchased my first pair of Cartier glasses and loved the whole experience. I assisted by Azhane and she was the best!!!! She was patient, very helpful and she understood the assignment! I loved my glasses and her so much when I went back home for my father's funeral, I went and saw her again. She was caring and concerned, she gave me her condolences and treated me right the whole time I was in there. I went and got another pair of glasses. She really does her job well and now I feel like family. I will definitely be back because of her and my experiences as well as their collection.

Azhane was exceptionally helpful. She went above and beyond to assist me with picking the perfect pair of new frames. Even though her shift was ending she made sure I had everything I needed and was correct. I greatly appreciate her patience. I will definitely be returning!

Great service from Jade, I had an awesome shopping experience. She took the time to show me several pairs of eyeglasses, as well as explained the options I had in regards to my prescription lenses. The glasses came out great, I would come here if you want prescription Cartier eyeglasses!

Azhane is an absolute sweetheart and extremely knowledgeable! I almost regretted my Cartier glass purchase but after a conversation with her, I decided to keep them. Most def a pricey purchase but she convinced me it was worth it. When I'm ready for custom lenses she will most def be who I contact.
