If there is negative star, I should give this poor healthcare service shop. They are just doing glass business, not an appropriate service. Last year went there. Dr. give me (actually my whole family) glasses. That glass makes me worse in vision. They corrected lenses and give me another one. That also same situation. They said they put something to correct my stigmatism. It never makes me better. This year I went again. They give me another prescription lens, or even Dr prescribe me for sunglasses! Same story. I compared the recent glass with my glass I got 2 years back from another place. The old one is much better and comfortable than their glasses what they give last year and this year. I called the shop, same solution... I have to make appointment, which is 1 week later, they will send this lenses to correct black bla..bla bla... and it took almost 2.5 months last year to get my glass after I paid for it. This year it is also going same way...they do not have any faster solution. , and every year they will change lenses, which costs me ~$800 for whole family. Please be aware that they are basically GLASS SHOPE...NOT A RELIABLE EYE HEALTH CARE SERVICE. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SHOPE....
Got called from one of their manager to discuss the issue. I explain, but manager seem indicate Dr give prescription on what I said, means it's my fault. Finally got her very unprofessional attenuate.

This a very poor eye care service. Their service quality is not good. If there any issue with lease as my husband is having, there is no faster service to resolve the issue. It's not one time, we are having issue every year we started to go there from last 2 years. This is end... Be aware about this glass shop. One of their manager called my husband to discuss the issue and showed a very unprofessional attitude.
Worst service ever. My husband went for his eye exam. He went 15 minutes late but they made him wait over 2 hours. They still didn't see him. They should do better with dealing customers. They should treat everyone equally, race, nationality should not matter.
I have been coming to Pearle Vision for almost five years, if not longer. This specific office will always be my favorite place. I look forward to my appointment every year. They are so personable and kind, they even remember me after a year, even though I know they see my name on the appointment list. They don't make me feel like just another patient. They even help me pick the best glasses that fit my personality. I swear, I never want to go anywhere else. On top of everything else, they are quick to reach out to make sure I know when my contacts and glasses are ready for pick. I love being there and I will be continuing going and recommending people to visit them.
If you're wanting to buy anything from here other than a vision test GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. The doctor who performed my exam was fantastic. I ordered the silhouette frames which were around 500.00, got the upgraded transition lenses after always getting cheap glasses. But since I now need double vision I spent the extra money and got what I wanted. In total I spent over 1k. I had issues with the lenses which wasn't their fault. But the way I was treated after they got my money is the problem. I didn't get them adjusted when I picked them up since they felt fine when I put them on. But the second I went back in to get the lenses replaced under warranty is the issue. The lady seemed to be bothered I returned, like I was inconveniencing her. I was always polite, but was treated like I went in there 100 times to complain. Sorry for spending 1000 bucks and needing service beyond picking them up once and never coming back. In 2025 who's dropping 1000 bucks on glasses and not expecting to be taken care of? I was treated like I was making up issues, I had an issue with the transitions darkening uneven and was spoken to like how dare I not shut up and deal with it? The lenses had developed permanent dots on the lenses like someone poked them in 10 spots. I was waiting to get my replacement before posting this so I wouldn't be descriminated against for speaking up. The lady I dealt with hated seeing me the second I walked in the door. She was nasty to me the entire time like she was having a bad day. Spoke down to me like I was making it up. Like I said when I asked about getting my FIRST ADJUSTMENT after not doing it the day I picked them up it was like she wasn't paid to do it. People's eyes adjust, especially to progressive lenses. So heaven forbid I politely asked maybe the frames needed to be tweaked slightly. But if you don't do EVERYTHING on day one and have to return? Good luck.
I'll never return here. When I was using my extended warranty I PAID FOR she was sarcastic like "it's going to be one and done"

I was able to schedule my appointment online for the next day at Pearle Vision which was so convenient. I went to my appointment and the staff was th but efficient, I got my exam, and picked out 2 new pairs of glasses (they have a great selection of designer frames - I couldn't choose!) in a little over an hour. They helped me pick out various glasses to try on in the styles I was looking for. They gave me their honest opinions and were incredibly helpful. They put in my order and both pairs of my new glasses were ready in 3 business days!!! I picked them up and am so incredibly happy with them, they fit perfect and I can finally see clearly! They also gave me extra wipes and cleaner. Great experience. Definitely recommend!
I am extremely happy with the service I received from all of the staff members here. The receptionist is warm and welcoming, and the doctor gave me the best prescription I've ever had. After receiving my prescription from the doctor, one of the sales staff members assisted me in selecting glasses that framed my face perfectly, and are extremely stylish. I will be back several times this year.
Doctor was very knowledge in her field and very kind. She explained to me how my eyes were and I am very satisfied. I even recommended to co-workers to go to this store and they already did.
