I have purchased eyewear at See the Troy, MI location for many years now. I can proclaim with unwavering honesty that their customer service is topnotch. The two Sandies--one is the store manager, and the other one is a customer specialist--are consummate professionals' They always make me feel like a A-list customer. Both are patience and knowledgeable and have always exceed by expectations and help me keep my eyewear game tight. Last evening, I picked up my 30th pair of eyeglasses. Sandy had me try on three new pair that recently arrived. See Eyewear is the only shop I will ever purchase eyeglasses from. That's my commitment to their terrific customer service.

SEE is the pinnacle of excellent customer service. My wife has been a SEE fan for many years but this was my first time. From the moment I walked into the store, several people greeted me and were all very friendly. My eye exam with Dr. Ratzenberger was great. She took all the time necessary to answer all my questions and explain things in detail. She was awesome!
After my exam, I worked with Sandy to help me pick out some frames. Her knowledge, expertise, and fashion sense was fantastic. There are a lot of places to go for glasses and exams, but SEE will be the ONLY place I go to. This team and experience was phenomenal. Any retail establishment could learn from SEE. GREAT JOB!!!.

I couldn't love the store anymore than I do and I've only been in it twice. The first time I bought glasses and Melissa couldn't be more helpful getting to know me on a personal level to know what type of frames that I would like and so it could suggest the second time Sandy the store manager helped me and I had the same great experience buying readers. They have a great selection of glasses and readers that are more fun than the typical eyeglass store. They even gave me little freebies like eyeglass cleaner for free just because I didn't have any. I don't ever write Google reviews. This is only the second review I've ever written and again couldn't love the people and the store anymore than I already do.!!!!!!!!!

Dr. Desiree Ratzenberger was friendly, professional and very thorough. She took her time to make sure my exam resulted in the most accurate prescription. She followed with offering me several choices of contacts to try to accomodate both my nearsightedness and farsightedness. The progressive lenses in my glasses were perfect. Couldn't have asked for more would definitely recommend her.
Sandy hanna the optical stylist's charasmatic, straighforward style put me at ease right away and helped me find the perfect pair of frames. She went to the additional effort of getting them from another store. I love them! They fit great and are exactly what I was looking for. I couldn't have found them without her. She is professional and exceptional at her job. She did what she said she would and made the process easy. Would definitely recommend her!!

I have been going to Dr. Ratzenberger and the Somerset SEE Eyewear location for the last decade, and cannot rave about them enough! The ENTIRE staff is phenomenal, personable, and goes above and beyond to provide the best service (shout out to Sandy!). This level of customer service feels like it is becoming a rarity these days, but at SEE they will make sure you love your contacts and glasses, and always have great coupons, programs, and trials to support this. Dr. Ratzenberger is so thorough, kind, and truly cares about her patients. I drive an hour to this location and will continue to do so because of their exceptional service. :)

My partner is a loyal customer to See Eyewear at Somerset Mall in Troy, Michigan. I called yesterday to inquire about additional nose pads, as hers were wearing out. To my delight, I got Rashad on the other end. He was so polite and helpful. He told me that I should be expecting a delivery in the next day or two.
