Advanced Eye Care: Dudovitz Jeffrey OD

I have been going there for almost 10yrs , dr Jeffery has always been very patient to explain the test and future eye care, I have MS I had a bout with Optical neuritis and he has helped me to maintain my vision , KIM the office manager has assisted to making sure I'm at all my appointments, helping with any paperwork needed for insurance. It's a friendly environment feelblike family

First of all, I when I got my glasses last year the frames were warped and messed up from the get go. I told them about it and the lady told me to come in and they would take care of it. I came in on the day she told me to, and she was confused why I was there. She told me she didn't have the new frames in so I didn't need to be there until the frames came in, VERY RUDELY. After that experience I felt bad and didn't want to go back so I've just been wearing my old glasses for a year. Fast forward to now I get a postcard telling me I have an appt today 2-9-22 9am. I call because the postcard didn't have their current address and I was at the wrong location. The lady now informs me that the postcards are wrong and I was supposed to call to confirm an appointment. She said she's sorry and it's their fault. I explain to her that I have an eye infection and I took work off to be there. She had nothing to say except sorry and never offered me an appt or anything. So needless to say I'll never go back here and I'm looking for another place. 0/10, would never recommend this place

The staff there wasn't helpful at all. In fact they were rather rude. Would never go there again.

Advanced Eyecare is more one on one with patients. They are very helpful and patient, will definitely go back for my next yearly exam.......
