Hectic waiting to see the doctor here! Even if your appointment is scheduled for 10 AM, you can take a nap and still probably see them by 12 PM. Oh lord, at this point, I'm considering bringing a tent and moving in!"

If i could give a negative review I would. Incompetent receptionist who schedule appointments just to call you to cancel and when you do they say oh no you can keep your appointment just to call you again and say they need to reschedule. Haven't even been seen yet and definitely will not. If you hire people who are this Incompetent I can only imagine the drs in office.

What incredible customer service!!! I took my brother for an appt as he has many issues with his eyes and has a difficult time communicating due to strokes and a TBI, and Kathy was phenomenal!!! She made him feel at ease and made the entire time a wonderful and productive appt!!! The exam he received from Dr Bonafede was thorough and helpful! What a team!!! Thank you all for your expertise and kindness!

My own eye doctor went out of business. I started have floaters in my eye and some blurriness. I googled eye places near me and found Fraser. The receptionist I spoke to, after hearing my symptoms, was very adamant I be seen same day. While everything checked out to be "normal " for my age, I am grateful for her professionalism. The office was also professional, clean, got in and out in one hour, and they have a new client! Saw Dr Jason, very nice, as were all the techs. Thank you for a great first visit!

Nice office, modern. Staff is average, not very friendly. Machines for scanning your license & insurance card makes you feel that you are working for them, doing their work. The waiting time can be better, they do overbook themselves greatly. It looks like a cattle-kill when you get there for a 9am appt. but there are other 20 people that also have a 9am apt.
