Michigan Neuro Ophthalmology

So glad we found this office. My husband was referred here by the ER to see Dr Lin. We ended up seeing Dr. Williams, and we are so pleased. She is compassionate, thorough and takes her time with you and makes sure you understand. It's our first visit, but we are already very pleased so far.

A rare gem!! Dr. Lin is very professional & direct with his diagnosis. Made complete sense. No unnecessary testing. No unnecessary visits. No unnecessary specialist referrals.

I've had a really bad experience with this office. I made an appointment with Dr Spoor for my mother. She ended up being seen by Dr Lin who was pushed to see her , because Dr Spoor has left before my mother's testing was done. Dr Lin was nice but he spent 5 minutes with us giving us a very limited amount on information. When the treatement he prescribed for my mother didn't work and I called the office hoping to talk to him, I was told that I have to make a telehealth appointment and pay for it, in order to have my questions addressed or go to a different specialist . I would not go back to this office.

Everyone at this practice is very nice and welcoming. My first appointment was two hours because of all the new patient testing. They warned me of that numerous times before the appointment. The ladies that answer the phone are always pleasant and easy to work with. The MAs that took me through my tests were also nice and patient with my questions. I saw Dr. Williams. She was great. She took her time with me and made sure I understood everything. I highly recommend this office.

Dr. Lin and Dr. Williams are extremely knowledgeable in the field of Neuro-ophthalmology. I've referred many of my clients to them who have had severe head injuries and visual disturbances. They have provided quality care and service to all my clients. Michigan Neuro-ophthalmology comes highly recommended! Thank you Doctors and Staff!
