Everyone at this LensCrafters location has been incredibly kind and helpful. Cat and Dan were especially friendly and knowledgeable, assisting me from my eye exam all the way through purchasing a new pair of glasses. They offer a wide selection of frames in-store, and if you don't find something you like, you can browse their larger online selection; they've ordered frames for me twice that way. They can also fix or make minor adjustments to your frames, which is a huge plus.

Went to get an updated prescription for my glasses due to being many years since I've seen an eye doctor and get some information on going back to contacts, I had Dr. Joel Peterson. He was so incredibly amazing. He explained everything very well to me and was patient with me while I struggled during the exam to what was more clear vs blurry. Very friendly and knowledgeable. I will definitely recommend Dr. Peterson to all my friends and family. 10/10 recommend!

I had an eye exam and purchased glasses at this location on 2/21/26, and unfortunately the prescription was incorrect. I experienced depth perception issues, pain in one eye, and significantly worse near sighted vision, which has always been clear for me.
I went to Look + See Eye Care (highly recommend) for a second opinion, and they confirmed that the astigmatism correction was wrong and that the base curve of the new lenses was very different from my previous pair. LensCrafters never measured the curvature of my old lenses to ensure consistency, which likely contributed to my problems.
I ultimately had to make a return, and will seek care elsewhere. I would strongly recommend not going to this location/LensCrafters at all.

I had the best experience getting new glasses here! Dani saw exactly what I needed with my face size, took me over to a section, and the first pair she offered for me to try was perfect. She's knowledgeable and easy to work with. I get variable lenses and she demonstrated the options for that so I could choose. I also need prisms added to my lenses and Dani called her coworker Cat over to verify the entries for accuracy. They both offered superior service and I can't recommend this location any more highly!
