From signing in to testing with tech and meeting with Dr Larson, appointment went smoothly, thoroughly and as quickly as could be without feeling rushed. Staff is knowledgeable and I was impressed with Patrick. Liked how he explained testing. What to expect and why it is needed. Dr Larson was excellent explaining my situation without confusing me. I'm very grateful to all for their concern & care. I am no longer apprehensive & look forward to my procedure, hopefully sooner than later! Thanks

My whole experience at MNEC was amazing. From doing all the "pre" work with Patrick who is so thorough and kind and personable to Dr. L. Unfortunately I'm not a candidate now but I will be back when my time comes. Would highly recommend.

I've never had a bad appointment here. You are seen in a timely fashion. Dr. Fahmy is very knowledgeable and quick to answer any questions. As I age, I have become more concerned about my eye health. I want to maintain my vision as long as I can. I am certain that the team at Minnesota Eye Consultants will make that possible.

I saw Dr. Lipham for an assessment regarding eyelid surgery. While I understood it might be a relatively brief consultation, I was unprepared for how rushed, perfunctory, impersonal, and outright cold the entire encounter turned out to be--lasting only about three minutes. There was no introduction, no questions - the interaction felt mechanical and detached, as if I were being processed rather than evaluated as a person with a medical need. He spoke mostly in short, clipped statements directed at his notes or screen rather than to me. While the appointment was technically efficient, the complete lack of warmth, empathy, or basic bedside manner left me feeling like just a chart entry, not a person in the room. I would not recommend Dr. Lipham to anyone seeking a thoughtful, patient-centered experience. If you value being treated with respect and care--not just speed--choose another provider.

Mona Fahmy is the best. She has been taking care of my familiy's eyes health for more than 16 years. Managing glaucoma risks, diagnosing retina issues, chronic dry eyes, emergencies... kids,, teens, adults and 2 seniors. Of course, glasses prescriptions. Dr Fahmy is kind, direct, thorough, patient. I feel weird to Google review my doctor - it's a first. But if this helps anyone find a phenomenal eye doctor, here it is.

I had a pre-op physical for cataract surgery with Jill Englund. She was just great! Friendly, personable, knew my health history. My visit couldn't have gone better!

Dr Barth was nothing but amazing. She is easy to talk to, very informative, and a kind human. The front desk staff are not approachable. The one I checked in with came off cold and rude.

Jill was great!! She was friendly, and put me at ease. Made the whole experience great and she was really helpful. I wish all healthcare professionals had what she has!!
