I was weary of finding a new eye care provider after moving to the cities, but the care I received at CCLIM eased any concerns I may have had! I was unsure if this clinic would be appropriate, as I do not wear contacts, but they ensured me they see any and all patients! The Institute, for short, was recommended to me by a physician who received care there herself. I was fortunate to start seeing Dr. Helene Pippin, who is extremely knowledgeable and has a superb bedside manner. She and her excellent staff performed the necessary diagnostic procedures to determine the extent of my dry eye, and recommended treatment, which I did undergo there. The treatment, consisting mainly of IPL and MiBoFlo, improved my dry eye significantly. Dr. Pippin also worked with the Demedex company representative to enable me to get Demedex at an affordable price, and I was able to get a sample of MIEBO drops to try too.
From the front desk staff, to the medical assistants, to the staff who performed specific examinations and procedures, everyone has been good to work with. The office is pleasant and in a convenient location as well.
I would not hesitate to recommend Dr. Pippin and The Institute to others, and in fact, have!

I cannot say enough good things about the Cornea and Contact Lens Institute of Minnesota. I am a New Yorker that is in Minneapolis for a period of time and it is hard to find authentic orthokeratology providers who do more than dabble in the field. Dr. Pippin and Dr. Holland are outstanding clinicians and the support staff is just as good and responsive. Keep up the good work and keep doing exemplary Ortho-K.

I am doing ortho k with Dr. Pippen and would recommend her to everyone. I was having a tough time with my treatment but Dr. Pippen did not give up on me. She kept trying different things and eventually got me the treatment that is working for me by consulting the doctor that pioneered ortho k. I highly recommend going to see Dr. Pippen if you are looking for a doctor who is dedicated to making sure you get the treatment that you need.
